Happy valentines day <3. My mom made me start meditating regularly at around ~9, and a phrase of hers that I’ve grown to live by is that to breathe is to love!

On the theme of love, I’m veeerry single, but my Gwyneth Paltrow version of reframing divorced as “consciously uncoupling” is that single = “i’m one with myself” <3. I love love, if not clear by my declarations to each of you each week, and feel such gratitude that I get to spend such a special Friday with you <3.

The Good Things energy today is very eat pray love (love = shopping lol) — I’ll be honest…..this has been a BAD week for the part of my brain that tries to resist getting influenced by the chic and perfect women (ELUSIVE HOT GIRLS) in my orbit. Something recently happened where my Phoebe Philo (the brand, not old Celine) frontal cortex closed? I hear 28 is the year things start making sense (in an adult way not an omg i’m not deranged?? 25 year old way) —well, lemme tell you…. sh*t is MAKING SENSE. There’s so much that I want, and I’m like where have I beeeeen.

1. I’ll be the first to admit when I’m late to something GOOD and TBH I was late on my PP frontal cortex. Like almost every other ELUSIVE (international) hot girl in my life has BEEN here — so much so that I texted a few deep confessionals stating that PP is outpacing the Row in my heart lately, and they were like ???? ofc, we’ve been here ????? and I was like oh, gr8 gr8 gr8. Anyway — we must start with the TIE NECK BUTTON DOWN??? Instant classic TBH.

   1. This is hilarious bc I kept saying that I want a top that makes me feel like Hugh Grant in the 90s after a wedding where he lost the love of his life (disheveled, hot, somehow still polished?). Thrilled to announce that this creamy, pristine button down GETS ME THERE (also this version is in another hot girl color to watch btw). I need her and am only hesitating because —

   2. The silk version is also destabilizing???? In a dream world I’m buying both, but for now my life lessons surround bALancE……. Anyway, I know Morgan Stewart posted this last week, which felt like another EIHG confirmation that everyone’s HERE (she’s a stealth I but no one wants to talk about it sorry!!!!).

2. yeah….. we all need this khaite puffer jacket. I spotted an EHG at my Tribeca nail salon wearing this VERY CHIC VERY COOL NAVY KHAITE PUFFER. I was speechless and then blurted oh my GOD I love your coat and she was so kind to tell me (unprompted) that it’s khaite AND that it’s a couple seasons old but still online!!! Also…. we know we can trust her taste, per the EHG manicure matrix, bc do you know what she got???? A very chic CLEAR POLISH. Short nail. Perfect rounded natural shape. She’s a 4 x 1B who Gets It. Also even better, the puffer is quite on sale!!! EHG culture 4ever my GOD u all are perfect.

3. This (PP) t-shirt. Summer in SOF. With a juicy la piscine in your hand????? My god life is good and hedonism is BACK.

4. I bought this little bunnykins mug and it perfectly fits a cutie cappuccino and it makes me SO HAPPY whenever I use it. It’s so (english) grandmother coded in a way that makes me feel coddled and adored and nurtured in the morning. I used to love when my grandmother would visit — i’d wake up early before school to make her a stiff tea (with WHOLE milk and two heaping tsp of sugar.. one tsp if my mom was looking!).. best complimented when I remembered to prepare in PROPER china <3. TLDR, I highly recommend things that bring U increased serotonin at 6am, whatever it may be <3 <3 <3

5. Actually, on the topic of routine x serotonin, I’ve finally started using my higher dose sauna blanket in the evening a couple times a week. ERMMMMM?????? I’m obsessed. Dose up on magnesium (topically or just take a scoop of calm) and roast in that little sleeping bag for 30 minutes whilst listening to an audio book….. OR if ur going hard like that, a solfeggio hz that calls 2 u (love, stress relief, aura cleansing etc etc lol). THANK ME LATER.

6. Back 2 PP. I bought these this week, still waiting for them to come in — I hope I don’t look ridiculous and if so at least in a very chic and cool (and tbh flattering) way. As you know — I, alongside the coolest tier of E(I)HGs, are chips in on shield sunglasses. They’re a vibe and i’m tired of taking everything so seriously — I wanna have FUN (and look cool doing it).

7. I went to a very chic Glossier x Into the Gloss galentine’s event yesterday!! It was part masterclass & part friend reunion (hiiiii

   ). And they had a very chic set of chocolate bon bons that not only tasted delicious, but were GORGEOUS in presentation. My EIHG bff said “they’re like the Olympia Le-Tan of chocolates!” because they come in a thick “book”, and once opened, you have this gorgeous, glossy array. Fashion Chocolate tbh. Anyway, if you are my friend I will be bringing these as a defacto hostess gift whenever I can.

8. Wait — no one told me that we’re all back to getting takeout from Souen lately? For Manhattan EIHGs raised by goop adjacent moms (or are the goop adjacent mom of ur life), this macrobiotic x organic x japanese outpost has been in your aura for a lifetime (even if you’ve never eaten there). Everything is clean and whole and feels exciting bc you’re getting takeout (pavlov would love to study me) but you feel refreshed and happy and whole during AND after (bliss). It’s February core — the salve that glues the rest of your winter together <3.
