Good sleep is a status symbol. To quote a very chic woman in her 60s (def an EIHG) who I met at the Greenwich Hotel’s spa over summer: the women who look the best as they age aren’t necessarily the ones with dr. levine level work done (e.g., kris jenner’s face lift) — they’re the ones who… simply look well rested.

Which, I’d take a step further by saying, appearing well rested serves as a proxy for having lived a good life… one where stillness, slowness, rest, and time compound into the most luxurious form of leisure.

In the EIHG universe, this becomes an iconic point of reference. Here, the aura of someone who sleeps well is also the aura of someone who has the opportunity to abundantly govern her time— to put it plainly, it reeks of well-intentioned privilege (and for the rest of us, that’s what makes it aspirational asf).

I’d venture to say that what makes Good Sleep so compelling is that you can’t fake it. Which is why I find it interesting that society has bent itself around the opposite ideal: hyper-productivity, late nights, and the performance of being “on” at all times. It’s a workaround for the simple truth that deep, consistent, eight-hour sleep is rare. When someone has it, you can tell. Being well rested shifts everything — your skin, your temperament, your clarity, your way of moving through the world. It’s discernment in action.. It’s restraint... It’s knowing your limits and honoring them…. It is, inherently, chic.

Being incredibly honest with you, I have a rocky relationship with consistent GOOD sleep. Sometimes we’re ON and other times we’re OFF. So, as I do with everything, I started paying closer attention to the most powerful, interesting women in my life — the EIHGs and EHGs who sleep well, always. Which, of course, makes sense for a group that has also mastered jet lag……

What I learned is that sleep, for them, is an art form. It’s a ritual shaped by taste — just as curated (whether they realize it or not) as everything else they create and consume. That’s what led me here: gathering those observations and translating them into this gift guide. Because we all deserve intentional rest, and we all deserve to feel closer to the root of who we are. As an energy healer once said to me: why try to find yourself in meditation if you won’t let yourself be found in rest? (Ouch).

ok OOPS before we begin, I must also alert you that i’ve just returned from NAMIBIA where I was on a press trip representing TM <333. The whole thing was.. insane. I think over the past week I was on a min of 10 planes and 2 helicopters. Cannot cannot cannot wait to spill on ALL.

1. My biggest (irreverent) shoutout is actually REI???? Guys why did no one tell me they’re gassed like that???? New hyperfixation, I left with w/ lots of standouts and…. (obviously)…. a membership LOLOL.

2. ok also I must profess my love to these Solomons. complimented by all the editors and designers on my trip and SO COMFY (even comfier than the others I bought for Ireland???). If you’re going on a safari.. COP!

3. Thirdly, do I need these???? Be honest.

4. LASTLY, the Belmont Park Village team reached out for a TM review!!! To which I took my duty seriously, and here are my thoughts after visiting (more than once):

If there hasn’t been anything that you’ve found useful to gift in ANY gift guide, ANYWHERE…. then might I…. suggest a trip to Belmont instead? For my EIHGs, that’s NYC’s sister property to Bicester Village (my London home), located in Elmont, NY (an easy 30-40 min uber from the city OR access via a direct LIRR train from Grand Central + Penn!!!).

I always used to say (wistfully) that if I could, I would visit Bicester at least once a month…. I can’t remember the first time that I visited, but it’s always been magical. While my childhood friends would romanticize an NYC Christmas (a stay at the Plaza, ice skating at the Rockefeller, hot chocolate at Serendipity, candy from Dylan’s, and the PIANO at FAO), I always romanticized Christmas in the UK. My aunt lives in Surrey, so living The Holiday (film) IRL always felt very accessible to me. The crown jewel (ha ha) of this ideal experience has always been Bicester (a mere jaunt from Surrey!). So imagine how FCKN MAJOR it is that the same Bicester aura is finally EASILY accessible from.. NYC???? Best of both worlds.

You enter the village and immediately feel a sense of ease — there are handlers for.. everything. Start your journey at The Apartment, where impeccably dressed and kind people are there to attend to your every need. Roasted chestnuts? Available. The BEST whole milk (!) iced latte (in perfect glassware and perfect ice)? Available. The interiors are reminiscent of an India Hicks designed home (major), and your other occupants are chic and evoke a sense of (eihg) worldliness — the outfits are textured, accents are layered, and whispers of french/arabic/spanish can be heard if you strain your ears enough.

THEN there’s the shopping— which almost feels like you’re getting pranked because you started out with such a perfect experience at The Apartment (like am I buying a gift for someone else or was THAT the gift.. for myself??). My favorite stores to hit include Gianvito Rossi (NEW!), Aquazzura (where I’ve picked up a mentally destabilizing pair of polka dot kitten heels), TWP (obviously), Valentino (has runway pieces!!), and Fusalp typically has a very limited and incredibly GIFTABLE selection of tHEEEE Pucci collab!!!! If there’s strong vintage interest, both Vivienne Westwood and Missoni have stuff with vintage house deadstock (inquire with the very kind and knowledgeable sales associates!!!). Then, cap everything off at a spin in Thom Browne… it’s nuts in there.

Lastly, should your shopping have taken a turn and you’re worried about the sheer number of bags, not to worry– this is a luxury experience after all! Belmont offers a hands free shopping experience so you can elect for all the stuff you buy to get delivered to their concierge, then all you have to do is pick up your bags from the concierge stand before you leave!!! Couldn’t recommend The Village enough (and already counting down the days until I’m able to return). ENJOY <3

1. OK you might think i’m insane for this, and tbh…. you’d be right to. but I always always have the best sleep whenever I staycation at the Greenwich in Tribeca. It’s one of my favorite (EIHG approved) hotels in the world.. aura feels like what every luxurious members club tries (and largely fails) to achieve. Anyway, when I was there last (cough, meg ryan smiled at me in the hallway!) I isolated the pillows as what made my sleep feel SO extraordinary.

   1. Naturally, an hour before checking out, I stripped the pillowcases and decoded the super worn tags (took no less than 20 mins) and cross referenced the fill material…. and boy do I have findings (linking my favorite one). I will also say that if you really wanted to go THERE, this is objectively the birkin of pillows. The down comforter used by the greenwich is also by the same niche brand!!! Anyways…… if anyone gifted me a set of these pillows I’d actually lose my mind, so this all felt very very right to include.

      1. some legible specs from the worn hotel tags: 20x 26 + 20 x 36 , 600+ white goose down

2. What could be more extravagant than this eye mask…. the black velvet that’s lined with silk, the tassels, the plushness of it all. my god.

3. If her ritual includes a nighttime soak (likely), then I strongly encourage that you buy her these.

4. Does anyone neeeeeed velvet loungewear (pants and top) that looks like it came out of lee radziwill’s wardrobe??? Perhaps not. But….. I fear that’s actually exactly the point.

5. Setting the stage for a good night’s rest requires a home that smells good. Sorry. This is part of EIHG (mom) canon and just doesn’t get more iconic I fear. It’s a carved wooden ball that emits the scent of amber/vanilla/tonka. Sooooo there.

6. On the similar, a madame grey candle really makes a lot of sense. The burn is slow (lasts a long time), and all of the scents are amazing. It’s cute to gift either their corresponding sign OR perhaps gift them yours as an extended ily (this feels like an especially Leo/Gemini thing to do). I’m personally a huge fan of scorpii + librae!!!

   

7. Why NOT go for a pair of original 1970s Elsa Peretti pill boxes???? Yes, perfect for travel, but ALSO is making me realize that i never want to see plastic canisters of meds + vitamins on the bedside again..…

8. As far as bedtime skincare rituals go, this facial oil is EIHG approved. Not as much of a staple as it is a luxury, thus, the perfect gift;

9. On giftable sleep tech (necessary), i’m including everything cusp and niche and cool that EIHGs in my life have independently credited with helping them to achieve deep (and perfect and consistent) sleep: these earbuds, this neurostimulating headband that helps you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer , this sleep mask that uses neurofeedback to help you fall and stay asleep, and ofc the EIHG-approved bed device that NO ONE CAN SEEM TO SHUT UP ABOUT (i’m jealous and i want one).

10. If she romanticizes Nancy Meyers, then might I suggest this coffee table book (by one of the best to ever do it).

11. An EHG in my life SWEARS by this stuff….. she massages a few drops into her chest (breastbone), behind her ears, and at the crook of her arms every night and she says it’s a game changer. As an added bonus, the bottle is artful so it also works as a beautiful object for the bedside!!

12. we all know that OVH runs EHG culture…. why not up the ante with these oxblood silk and velvet pajamas???? like BE SOOO FFR!!!

13. Ok, I found a (niche) grail— this is a japanese paper incense; it’s created to be both ritual and object (and smells delish). You can buy one or a full set, and you can either burn (each leaf smolders for about 7 minutes) or leave on a dish like sculptural potpourri, softly releasing fragrance for months.

    

14. For a bedside journal (NECESSARY) that feels elevated and luxurious but also doesn’t break the bank, look no further.

15. This is the bedtime tea that’s taken over EHG and EIHG culture worldwide.

16. Good sleep is a lifestyle and i’m sorry that starts and ends with the willingness to go analogue. Yes, the brick is great (and also my entire personality), but so is…. gifting a weekend subscription to FT (w/ HTSI). The leisure of flipping through a print newspaper + magazine, not reading the news from your phone, allowing yourself the spaciousness to breathe and exist in your body and your mind… is simply the best.

17. In this same space time continuum, I see her opening letters (some from her lovers, naturally) on a vintage bedside tray with this and this only. Another thing that… if anyone loves me… feel free to send my way ;).

Welcome to the EIHG universe— we’re back with another thrilling year of GIFT GUIDES AS STARTER PACKS. According to my notes app, I started curating this list in February….

Good gifting is its own frequency, to which there are energetic laws of resonance. Think of what draws you in as its own charge— where desire, generosity, and unconditional love are getting re-scripted into physical form. It’s not about expensive or inexpensive— it’s about meaning, coherence, and quality over quantity. Discernment is nothing more than attunement, which for me, comes from sitting in stillness and allowing that which MUST be to be (there’s neither good nor bad!).

Which brings us to present. I’m so excited to unveil my favorite edit to date, in our thrice annual EIHG CORE gift guide. I think, before we begin, it’s important to doubly contextualize who she is so that you understand why these picks matter. As always, I suggest that you read last year’s viral introductory letter unveiling the EIHG universe as context, but i’ll give you a Birdseye anyway.

to be or not to be… an EIHG

There’s an ease that accompanies the interconnectedness of her existence. While the thought of traversing across different cities, countries, languages, and cultures might make some feel like they’re engaging in a form of tourism, the EIHG feels a sense of lived belonging. One of the benefits of being neither here nor there is that you have at least one close friend and at least 3 friends of friends (who already feel endeared to you even tho you’ve never met them) in every metropolitan pole on earth. That experience of feeling like the world can compress and mold within the scope of your mind’s eye is as humbling as it is grounding.

Thus, you have a sense of appreciation for the little things, how breath and air can feel sweet, how the fine lines around your eyes are starting to crinkle when you smile, how stumbling across an old copy of the clique at your grandmother’s home in another continent makes you feel tethered to something even more meaningful than geography (which is GREAT bc geospatial belonging definitely came up in therapy). Her manners (read: level of conscientiousness) are impeccable, and she’s always always kinder and more singular than you’d expect her to be.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, i’ve never met an EIHG who hasn’t gotten to a level of mastery in a hobby that she never talks about (not because it’s a secret but because it’s never organically come up), speaks at least one or two more languages than you’d expected, and/or dined with dignitaries and heads of state (and lamented the lack of chicken nuggets present) before they were 10.

The pull towards luxury— in all forms— is less about a desire for something expensive, but a globally developed sense of that which flows around her. Thus, inspiring an innate desire to surround herself with what resonates. For those attuned enough to recognize who tf they’re dealing with, she quickly becomes a muse. For those who don’t, at a glance, many things about her might not make sense… at ALL— I’ve known EIHGs who never bothered flying business, despite coming from an international oldddd (and liquid! lol) oil family; EIHGs who went to Swiss boarding school but hated speaking French so much that they let their skill atrophy; and EIHGs who favor (globally sourced) Zara, Mango, and Uniqlo to The Row, Khaite, and Toteme (despite having been bequeathed enormous amounts of high jewelry over the course of their life).

That’s the point… she doesn’t neatly align within any box… ever. It’s also VERY amusing to her (and to those who love her) for you to try— hence, the elusive. Just like a gentle body of water. You touch it, it ripples, you glance at it, and depending on how calmly and quietly it meets you—you might see yourself mirrored (read: her being elusive to YOU doesn’t mean she reads as elusive to EVERYONE), and if you’re not meant to be near it, it has a way of making you feel.. unwelcome. It’s all quite transfixing.

Anyway, that’s enough from me, I think the scene is properly set… let’s dig into some EIHG CORE GIFTS — for you or for her, opportunities are endless. LFG;

1. IDK if you’ve noticed, but EIHGs are forgoing purses wherever they can. It’s a form of I know something you don’t that evokes a cheeky—who is she???? 5. This is the third year this fckn cup has made its way into my gift guide (and the third year it’s evaded me in ownership IRL). It seems to be a magnet for all EHGs and EIHGs in my life, as I have at least 5 friends who have purchased since 2023… and dare I say, it’s perfect. I gaze at her longingly when it’s sitting on their countertops over sushi nights (taunting), and always make a point to stop into the store IRL just to hold her. Now, does anyone NEED a christofle silver plated to go cup??? NO. But bby, that’s the point.

6. If her sub-archetype is literary cowgirl, then this is her take on the great outdoors (as someone who romanticizes.. everything).

   

7. Out of curiosity, what kind of EIHG gift guide could this be if we’re NOT talking about Monica Vinader???? The number of DMs, comments, and IRL interactions that I’ve had with you all about how life changing MV was, is, and will continue to be is…. staggering (read here 4 the EIHG lore). I’ve never felt more alive than the thrill of sliding on my favorite jolly rancher cocktail ring, with the internal knowledge that i’m about to receive at least 3 compliments within the next 3 hours. As a Leo Venus, there is no greater meaning to getting dressed than this (LOL). 10. EHGs + EIHGs have famously been anti the toteme scarf coat… the material was kinda scratchy and it was far more compelling from your tiktok at 11pm than it ever was IRL. HOWEVER, this new one??? Woah. Every time I see it— in every toteme store I waltz into, on the streets of nyc uptown and downtown, I am mesmerized. When it’s good it’s good.

Made by an EIHG (thus making it the perfect gift to give to another), this is the kind of stoneware olive oil dispenser that you’d find as an object d’art in the row’s Paris or UES locations… unreal. Pls read the following so you understand why giving a gift with added lore is sooooo UP: “After life in the fashion world with its frenetic pace, where she hopped between Hong Kong and Shanghai, Andrea found serenity in shaping raw clay by hand in tranquil Stockholm.” GOT IT.

12. This bracelet is EIHG bait— wear it and you’re bound to magnetize an EIHG irl (I have it and it never fails).. threads of silk and gold woven together into a mesmerizing friendship bracelet that catches the light just so, does it get any better than that??

    

13. There’s nothing more luxurious than getting home from a trip, taking a loooong shower, putting on your pjs, and ordering a massive amount of sushi. Perhaps because it encompasses the messy-ease meets elegance of what turn of the century womanhood represented (SATC, every rom com, etc)? Like somehow, it’s nostalgic?

    1. Anyway, nothing kills the vibe more than dunking your prestige roll into those flimsy soy sauce cups… whether it’s plastic or (if your place is chic) tin or bamboo. It’s just not at THE LEVEL. The solution? Might I suggest a mint green ginori cup made specifically for soy sauce? The capacity is right, you can pour in your own organic tamari (duh), and it elevates the experience through the luxury of its intention. Also… under $100 ;).

14. I MEAAAAN. Nina Christen owns EIHGs, it’s simply a fact. So ofc she made a perfect pair of strappy kitten heels. I can’t name one person in my life who wouldn’t be delighted to receive these (myself included). STRONG BUY.

15. I simply cannot continue to wax poetic about these loafers, it’s becoming shakespearean. After 1.5 years of hunting, I’ve finally found the fall/winter/early spring equivalent of my alaia mesh flats (versatile in its degrees of formality, comfortable for miles and miles, perfect silhouette so always looks good with ANY outfit ALWAYS, surprisingly durable, etc). Foolproof buy if you ask me.

18. This is the perfect collar necklace (that’s VERY on sale rn). Well made, very reasonably priced for the quality. Nothing more needs to be said (aside from maybe, I own it and wear it weekly).

19. The greatest hand cream ever. It’s luxurious so it’s a great gift— something she might not buy for herself, but would find indispensable once received. Also if she has a lot of meetings or events, this stuff will make your hands so soft that you’re yearning for the chance to flex on your next handshake. Enjoy.

This season, give your family the gift of hunting down these elusive (ha ha) sunglasses…. they finally sold out once the internet caught up with what SOME of us have known for over a year.. which means it’ll invariably be the status sunglasses of summer 2026. This is a case for gab waller if I’ve ever seen one.

    

22. I can’t think of a more EIHG passport case, sorry. It’s just sooooo E, sooooo boho minimalist…. i’ve also never seen anyone discuss?? which makes it even better… AND priced well!! LFG.

23. OOOOBVIOUSLY we’re talking about Madame Grey. I think this is the most giftable fragrance to ever exist. It smells delicious yet distinctly DIFFERENT on everyone i’ve ever whiffed it on. Another pro is that it’s still very niche for those… not accustomed to perusing the recommendations on this platform. Every time i’m complimented on my fragrance (which is, SINCERELY, everyday I wear Madame Grey), I’m always met with surprise and an ask to repeat the name as it’s typed into google. I excitedly point — yes, that one! No, you don’t have to buy the $1,100 version— both $100 hair perfume and the $200 mini are just as good (and last all day!). If you want more on what exactly it smells like— envision the kind of woman who could wreck ur life… swaddled in thick and heavenly spools of cashmere rather than.. latex. I’ve written about this one loads, so if you want a deep dive, head here :D.

25. In lieu of an ordinary coffee table book…. go the fckn distance and get them a chocolate brown croc-bound smythson ATLAS….. it’s so ridiculous how good and how ON BRAND this is. just when i think i can’t outdo myself….

26. The EIHG version of dry jan is opting IN for bare nails (regardless of your tiered archetype)— the second the clock strikes 12 on the 1st. For those with that willpower, get them this. It’s chic, understated, and a bit ridiculous. For those who neeeeed a wash of color (or shine), they’re going to scream into a pillow that no one bought them this… I have a feeling it will sell out by Christmas. Don’t be the person that incites rage— do the right thing.

27. If she has (or yearns for) a Yaser Shaw shawl, then I fear she’s going to want (and need) these toiletry bags. The math is simple.

29. Gumball necklaces are IN, ok???? They make sense— great with a white tee, great with a button down, fabulous with the right sweater. As we near a time when the coat becomes the outfit, lean on the fun elements for dopamine… this multicolored agate choker is priced VERY well and I am VERY influenced.

30. For the girls whose childhood NYC visits consisted of gallery visits instead of broadway.

32. Which leads me to my next point, why stop at the candle??? I walked into an EIHGs house and she had 2 of these – a big and a small.. I was like wow what a stunning candle and it smells AMAZING in here— she giggled and pointed out that they were candle HOLDERS, and now, imagine the way my jaw dropped when I looked them up in my uber ride home ;).

33. EIHGs have it ON for Herbert Levine, it’s just a fact. And these??? Well, they’re simply perfect.

34. Why is it so hard to find a great jewelry holder for travel that makes you feel luxurious and embodied but also isn’t a bulky trunk but also isn’t like flimsy and meh??? Well, you don’t have to worry about these things anymore— i’ve got you now.

35. I mean do travel wraps get any better than this??? LMK…..

36. These are my favorite leggings at the moment. I cannot stop talking about them and for that, I am sorry. Thick yet not too thick, compressiony yet incredibly comfy and wearable… YUH. Also — these ones w/ pockets are GR8 if you’re traveling and you’re forgetful w/ your AirPods in the way that I am.. ha ha ha :D.

37. I tried this on in London over spring and it has utterly consumed me since. I thought about not including it because I fear it will sell out before I get my hands on it…. but tis the season of benevolence……. I guess…

    

38. OK the cat’s been stealthily out of the bag on this one, and yet an EIHG with perfect skin in my life recently reminded me that it’s still desperately under-discussed. So anyway, if you want winter skin that’s plump and glassy, let us revisit this EIHG ancient text.

39. A chic chic brushed cashmere balaclava under $200 !!! FUNCTION !! FORM!!!

40. The gifting philosophy that I live by is: the best gifts are things that are perhaps too ridiculous to buy for yourself, but are extraordinarily usable. Whether in creating a new ritual or igniting an old one, it’s all about living YOUR life but more lavishly, intentionally, and sumptuously. This is always going to be in the form of something that will make your loved one giggle, smile, or sigh with contentment whenever they interact with it. That’s also why a lot of my picks are well, the way they are.

And yes, we could say that she’s the type who’s always buzzing around town… the only difference is that to her, “town” could be a cool girl dinner in NYC on Tuesday, an event in London by Wednesday evening, and a sound bath at Open in LA by Friday morning. Her concept of space, time, and belonging is dizzying, and the ease in which she cuts through social circles around the world should be chronicled by the greatest anthropologists of our time. Her true mark is that she’s always herself, and everyone typically bends to meet her….. not the other way around (read - she’s never overdressed… but in that way that’s not worth attempting.. you have it or you don’t).

Graceful and never try hard, she’s everywhere because everyone wants her to be. It’s simply not her fault that she’s smarter than you. I’m sorry that she’s surpassed normal ppl fluency to become truly witty and mesmerizing in 4 languages, but that’s just how the cookie crumbles. Everyone is in love with her, and the world is better for it !!!!!!!!

Let’s dig in —

1. The one thing this girl always gets right? Outerwear. In October, I went to a Harris-Walz fundraiser and spent an hour of my getting dressed time lamenting the fact that none of my jackets matched my evening wear. I mentioned this to a chic EIHG in my life and she was like, wait you don’t have a silk trench? Similar intonations to a dentist being like, you don’t brush your teeth twice a day? It was in that moment that I decided to PEEEEL my eyes open and pay attention to my Always Out, Never Try Hard cohort of women - they always had the perfect outerwear to match the level of sophistication of the evening. Anyway, this toteme one was sent to me by a chic reader of trademarked, and TBH a lot of things in my life started making sense after I saw it. There’s this oyster pearly one that is so stunning, or more classic in black that’s also discounted via Harrods rn (and probably the one I would buy as I prefer the simplicity black affords).

2. Ahhh yes, the perfume that took my breath away. I would ordinarily never ever ever recommend a perfume as a gift, especially not for a discerning group like our EHGs. However, this perfume is perhaps perfect in that it entirely evokes the elusive hot girl that darts around the world and is seen from gathering to gathering, never out of place. Some of the toughest critics in my life have smelled this on me and have been like WAIT what did you just put on? Which…. feels like Dub Central for me. Also, the backstory is hot af — basically VB & Becks having a dalliance in a jungle?? It’s gourmandy with the vanilla and tonka, heady with the plum, but also smells faintly of furniture that withstood 2 days of chain-smoking 2 days prior (tobacco). You can thank me now, or later — whatever’s best for you xx

3. Ya I get it we’re all obsessed with these loafers from The Row. They just evoke, yes I’m coming to your event… no, I’m barely wearing makeup (partly because I don’t need it but also because it’s important for you to know that I don’t need to try)…. and if you squint, my taste is impeccable…..but if you just glance, well…. Snooze, U Lose. I’ve never seen these styled poorly, which makes me believe that they must go with everything? Core to this culture, universal to all.

4. Ok this pony hair belt is juuuuuust very important to me. It’s chic yet fun in that French I dated a rockstar way, and since it’s in black, it can be as fun or as serious as you want it to be. Not an L in sight, I fear.

5. I knoooow, we’re back with Charlotte Chesnais. She is an EIHG fave for a reason, and this cuff is another that is firmly afixed to my Christmas list. I looove that it’s both silver and gold (very EIHG to be bold w/ mixing metals), yet delicate in a way that reads elegant rather than punchy or bold. Could work with formal evening wear BUT ALSO very chic with a good white button down, a strong indigo jean, perhaps an oxblood sock… and those row loafers ;).

6. What better to get the girl who is always being photographed than the most snatching, perfect facial in NYC? Rachel Bryant at Paul Labrecque does this Biologique Recherche Ice Facial that I swear makes me question if I’ve ever been acquainted with the muscles and bones in my face prior? This facial (also beloved by the Olsen twins??) uses cryo sticks and a thick, goopy algeanate mask for cellular regeneration etc etc, cool cool cool…. but RACHEL? And the way she massages your face to re-sculpt and drain any and all puffiness??? Magic, really. I made my mom go recently, and the way she was moving MAD after Rachel finished her ordained ministry? Guys, this woman started whipping out FaceTime to call people she hasn’t spoken to in 15 years??? Truuuust me, we all deserve this.

7. Oh, I’m sorry, do you want to win the holidays? If shopping for yourself, I’d recommend practicing North West’s “no pictures please” if you’re planning on showing up to ANYTHING with this bag. The le teckel already is the unifying force for the chicest women in your life (I went to an Hermes event in October and saw countless black le teckels on some of the coolest women in the room, if that reporting matters 2 u). So imagine the uproar currently happening over the le teckel CLUTCH????? In OXBLOOD SUEDE????? Forget it!!!!

8. We’ve already covered that this EHG is neeeever home. However, when she IS, she prefers all of her objects to reflect the beauty of the peaceful, zen sanctuary that she’s painstakingly curated. I’ve heard through my own EHG grapevine that this evening cream (in the most beautiful object of jade balancing rocks) has deeply incentivized the commitment to a full skincare routine at 3am. A darling and THOUGHTFUL gift <3

9. There’s something that we need to be really clear about: these girls either ALWAYS have their nails done (Russian manis that cost bby mortgages are the rage lately), OR their nails are always bare. This is a silly and ridiculous gift that is not necessary, but is sooooo chic & I think would be greatly appreciated by the bare nail cool girls….. a HORN NAIL BUFFER.. THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. The EIHGs in my life swear by this little buffer, which makes your nails sparkle and shine, and is also such a powerful lil thing to own and whip around. Ugh, I could write a screenplay about the girl who uses this buffer. If you know an EHG who is an energetic match to what I’m throwing down… pick this one up :)

10. Important that we end on a Very Strong Note. EHGs are obsessed with Sophie Buhai and this massive, in your face jade collar necklace means a LOT TO ME. Don’t get me wrong, the tennis necklaces are fun, they matter in the ecosystem, but I’m really into a colorful, opaque stone lately (preferably one with healing properties). This with a crisp white button down? Oh, to be one of the chosen ones….

BTW the Goop-adjacent mom exists in the same universal bubble as the Tracee Ellis Ross aunt (religious about Tracy Anderson, expansive and free, would bail you out of anything, AND would get Jonathan Anderson to personally design your prom dress). There’s a special kind of elusive (international) hot girl who was raised in this universe. She may not overtly give goop, but at the most surface level, you’ve observed that eye contact with her makes you feel calm, seen, and nourished. She could cure you of all ailments by just being in her presence, but she also has 17 potions (sprays, oils, crystals, tonics, BONE BROTHS…) that she keeps on hand at all times. Big vitamin culture (but always medically prescribed… not chic to not see your physician before determining what you’re deficient in), her mom absolutely put her on to NAD+ and Vitamin B12 shots before it was cool, and she’s likely been meditating since childhood. Her chakral alignment matters…. a lot, and she likely has just as many energy healers, astrologists, and reiki masters on speed dial as she does her SAs at Bergdrof’s, The Webster, and The Row. And while she loves going to The Class or Tracy, she’d skip those any day to experience a long walk through a zen garden with a strong mint tea in hand.

OK that’s enough from me…let’s get into gifts, shall we? —

1. Tbh this girl wants for nothing, it’s the energy of ease and abundance, after all :). However, Trudon’s mint candle is as sacred as it is spiritual to this cohort of EIHGs. An iconic staple for those who know, and a majestic new experience for those who don’t (fresh mint grounded by blackcurrant, ginger, jasmine, vanilla.. I mean). AND i can personally say that it’s the most complimented thing about me — like a lot of ooohs and “it smells so good in here” when people step into my apartment. 3. These girls always have THE BEST SWEATERS?? I’ve already spoken about Suzie Kondi knits and GUESS WHAT, we’re going to talk about it again. This pick is niche and truuuuuly for the girl with taste. If you’re willing to spend the row money on a sweater, might i divert you to the Jooshi? The big looms of cashmere are guaranteed to be the softest knit you’ll ever touch, with a darling homemade energy (I call this a grandmother knit) that feels so grounding and even more special to wear and receive. I think it’s the perfect gift (*coughing @ any family members reading this letter ha ha ha… i like the bby blue…).

4. I discovered this incredibly chic body brush during a necessary visit to see abby for a facial at . Like I’m not kidding, I gasped when I saw it because it’s the most beautiful body brush I’ve ever seen. Turns out it is ALSO sold as a set, one for the face and one for the body (my rec for a gift). The face one is made of softer bristles and helps get rid of puffiness (aka sushi face) and feels so delightful on the skin, and the bigger one is made of firmer bristles and best for circulation and activating that lymphatic drainage we all Care About. Chic ChiC CHIC.

5. Sorry I’m convinced that you weren’t raised by a goop adjacent if you don’t care.. a LOT about magnesium. I dare you to bait a goop-adjacent EHG into a convo about magnesium….. good luck getting out of that chat for at LEAST 15 minutes. My mom happens to be a holistic physician (and tbh an integrative health futurist? she’s currently into meditation technology… who knew) and says that most people are deeessppyyyy for magnesium in their life. This bath soak is a stealth EIHG pick — my friends have been raving about this for a while, made with papaya enzymes and French green clay, and leaves you feeling rebalanced and more relaxed than ever….. Under $40, THANK ME L8R.

6. Oh ya buddy, we’re going there. This red light therapy mask (just released - my queen put me on) is the new EHG stealth pick. I’ve observed it pop up in all of the right places, group chats, and close friends stories to report that this will be a FAB gift for the girl who likes to Be First, Not Last. I’ve used mine a couple of times, and I’m.. in love..? I’m not a light mask girl, but this one has made my skin feel brighter and more refreshed (NECESSARY pick me up as we’re starting to experience the vampire allotment of sunlight each day).

7. Another Prounis pick, I can’t help it. I have already waxed poetic about hoooow cool this brand is, and how feral EHGs and EIHGs are going for it, but when I saw this pendant, it really gave THIS starter pack to me. It’s aquatic and somehow looks like what I aim to feel after I’m done meditating each morning. Zen, in flow, tethered, and aligned with the mutability of my structure. I love it, I want it, and also really think it could eat on a silver chain…. think about it.

8. Retrouve is soooo EIHG it’s crazy. This body balm is like a thick oil that makes you feel gaslit about whether or not your skin has…. EVER been properly moisturized before???? Slather this on after the magnesium soak and align with your destiny.

9. Ok I’m about to put you on game. Have you ever watched the tracee ellis ross workout videos where she’s at tracy anderson and wearing the most scrumptious yummy delectable activewear? 8 times out of 10 it’s from this stealth EHG brand. I’ve personally never felt leggings that are so perfect? I am pals with Jillian (WOA’s founder), and the way that she casually talks about sourcing these fabrics from Italy (luuuuxe)??? Making everything stunning in form AND function? It’s breathtaking. My mom actually stole two pairs of these from my wardrobe last time she visited, because they’re JUST THAT GOOD….. annnnnd has been bragging about them at hot yoga classes ever since. I can’t think of a more essential pair of leggings (or if you’re on your tracee tip, go with her favorite unitard in navy). CHEF’S. KISS.

10. I was reintroduced to this chic af face wash when I was home over thanksgiving. It truly feels like you’re having a sleepover with Cleopatra and she let you use her favorite skincare in the morning. It’s non-stripping, and milky, and gentle, but also faintly smells of MYRRH (you know how I feel about this…..) and neroli, and leaves my sensitive AF skin glowy and hydrated and peaceful. A gorgeous gift because it’s eclectic and interesting and iykyk enough to be exciting to receive, but also efficacious enough to be exciting to actually USE. no notes.

She’s an E(I)HG so of course she’s elusively everywhere yet nowhere. But by this, I mean, one moment she’s drinking tea from her perfect cloud of an apartment, and the next she’s drinking tea from her best friend’s perfect cloud of an apartment… in London.. or Nairobi.. or Mexico City.. or Hong Kong.. it’s hard to keep up. She is expert level at the rogue hobby — she may be a sommelier for fun, besting men who run prestigious wine programs during class every Sunday OR she might have picked up Capoeira as her new modality of movement (don’t disrespect the sacred art form by calling it a workout..).

Her favorite thing to do.. anywhere? Stay in (that includes dinner parties > “going out”). She’s been to enough places enough times that she doesn’t need to do things for the sake of exposure or tourism. A Maker & Son couch is her culture, actually. And when I say her life is a romcom, I MEAN IT – she loves a gorgeous stroll around the tree-lined streets of her neighborhood, the endless pursuit of finding the perfect sweater IRL, and a lived-in bookstore with creaky floors (she always brings treats and toys for the owner’s cat/dog). And if it wasn’t clear, everything she owns is soooooo chic & soooooooo perfect, but the kind that’s rooted in a globalized relationship to the pursuit of comfort. 

let’s dig in to some GIFTS —

1. The Nicholas Mosse Sheep Mug is everything and more. I have young memories holding versions of this mug on walks in Surrey, and had entirely forgotten about it until my bestie posted a vintage version on her substack, Long Live, a few weeks ago. I ordered this one immediately. Mugs like these make perfect gifts because they evoke the sweet sweet angelic energy of having tea with your grandmother. There’s something incredibly chic about things that overtly give you serotonin, optimized for comfort and coziness. I cannot wait to gift this one, and love that it’s priced under $50. A classic for a reason.

2. SUZIE KONDI’S SPOOLS OF CASHMERE OWN EHG/EIHG CULTURE. Like a winter stroll without this iconic cashmere hat? Impossible. I know this may sound.. insane, but I think Suzie Kondi cashmere knits are heirloom quality. I think there’s something compelling about knits that look homemade, like your grandmother made it for you. It evokes a feeling of care and comfort, which I think is maybe the whole point of wearing knits? Suzie Kondi’s are doubly special because the cashmere is maybe the softest thing I’ve ever touched. It’s genuinely like a cashmere cloud that’s been kissed by angels and now gets to live in your home and on your head. There are lots of good colors, but pops of bby blue is the new red (sorry), so I’m recommending this one.

3. Romcom DND culture is Biologique Recherche Mask Culture. Is there anything more blissful than a night in where you’re marinating with a thick face mask on whilst watching vintage rhony AND you know that your sushi order is on the way? It’s simple math — this is bliss. And because EHG/EIHGs are always on a plane…. this is her ideal evening of recuperation after travel. Biologique Recherche is the patron saint of skincare in the E(I)HG universe, and trust me.. this mask is THE ONE post a long trip. It’s like a moisturizing detox for your skin, focused on cellular regeneration and re-oxygenation (putting oxygen back in ur dry skin). Afterwards, your skin feels supple, glowy, and hydrated. Just the way we like it.

4. You’re telling me you don’t always have a candle burning? Couldn’t be the DND EHGs…. I’ll be honest, I am not a “collecting matches” girl. I’ve tried and failed to get into matchbox culture. However, when I saw this silver matchbox I converted effective IMMEDIATELY. I think it’s so chic because it serves as an object for the table, but is also functional, and I can fill it with nontoxic matches!!! It’s also under $100 AND is engravable… WE’RE WINNINGGGGG.

5. I discovered this little egg cup from my friend . Listen, if there’s one thing these EIHGs take seriously, it’s breakfast culture. Like, I’m talking gossip girl spreads for one. So could there be anything more perfect than gifting handmade/ mouth blown egg cups in the most perfect juicy blue??? Important to think about the color contrast with a brown egg here, and I can’t think of anything that could be better. It’s such a fun yet functional gift to give, and at around $50, you can opt for two (or more) to make a little set <3.

6. Lauren Manoogian makes the sweaters that E(I)HGs like to gatekeep. I’m obsessed with this flossy baby alpaca boatneck sweater that is both functional and beautiful. Perfect for a day at home, travel days, or even cozy date nights. I have a boatneck sweater and surprisingly get complimented on it SO MUCH. Like so much so that I’m like do I need.. more.. boatneck sweaters? Probably, if my ego can take it. I just think they’re chic and easy and effortless but also evoke a thread of intentionality so you always look thoughtful and put together. Perfect for this group!!

7. Cozy discourse cannot occur without conversation about bath time rituals. I was introduced to Sangre de Fruta by my mom in 2020 (chic global queen), and have not looked back. I’ve slowly started observing these bath salts popping up on the RAVE LISTS of my DND EHGs (either on close friends stories, substacks, or in group chats over text). My mom uses these almost every night, and when I’m home, I do too (I think Neroli Noir is my fave, but they all GO). I don’t know how else to describe, but maybe akin to being drawn a bath in the same space/time continuum as Cleopatra…. it’s heavenly, regal, and RICH. Also…. $40 for 3 (fab packaging), a gorg gift.

8. I think the value of GOOD TEA is being slept on, as a culture. I had the perfect mint tea at the Lowell with my dear friend and EIHG of the girl boss variety, and it reminded me that we need to be gifting our friends some proper tea. Like I close my eyes and think of Elizabeth James (the parent trap mom) drinking a stunning blend of fresh chamomile flowers and mint in Good China and I feel peace. This brand makes some of my favorite blends. Obviously, nothing would top getting tea from a chic, unnamed place in any continent other than North America…. but for the commercial varieties, I think it’s hard to top Marriage Freres. I grew up on rooibos, so obvi recommending their deeelicous rooibos + bourbon vanilla, but I also think the chamomile (in organic muslin tea bags) is FAB and Very Couch Marination Core.

9. These are gossip girl pajamas. It just so happens that Blair Waldorf in her tower of silk and laduree was my entire vision board throughout middle and high school….. and now I’ve found the perfect set of pjs to Take Me Where I Wanna Go. Everything about this is perfect - the color, the cut (legs are not too wide not too narrow, would pool on the ground slightly), the buttons are perfect, the placement of pockets and the lining.. perfect. Can get monogrammed... Enjoy bliss.

10. Ah yes… these fckn shoes (sold out almost everywhere?). I get that it’s so ridiculous to froth over The Row’s version of a Birkenstock dupe (although, I was recently reminded that all the cool girls at camp wore Bostons) but I MEAN. They are DND EHG core because they are actually impossible shoes to wear if you’re planning to do anything aside from leisure. They’re for a stroll, a jaunt to ur rogue hobby, a gentle travel experience, or a sexy roadtrip upstate. And BEST with a strong cashmere sock.

11. I’ve talked about these spoons for the past 3 years, and I will talk about them for at least 3 more. Under $100 (on sale!!), and so so so chic and so so so fun. I love a mismatched spoon, and I can just see an EIHG using one to stir your espresso with a splash of whole milk in the perfect little espresso cup.

12. Last, but certainly NOT LEAST… is this gorgeous, gorgeous Thierry Colson cotton nightgown in white on white Chintz. It’s inspired by the nightgowns worn by gentlemen in the Jacobean era….. which is just a dizzying couple of sentences to type, and TBH the only sleepwear backstory I really care about. It’s sexy in an Olsens Boheme era kinda way, and I can see so many of the EIHGs in my life in this. Also, this brand is incredibly gatekept, and operates as very stealth in plain sight, so it makes for a gorgeous gift to earn some brownie points with those In The Know.

5 key things to know about the EHG/EIHG universe (read this):

1. She’s elusively everywhere yet nowhere — her most frequently received question is “wait, are you in town?”

2. She somehow manages to balance the highest levels of being incredibly (!!!) chic, well-traveled, well-educated, mesmerizingly successful, and HOT (e.g., her hot girl energy inside is what magnifies her hot girl aura outside)

4. She’s secretly expert-level in a minimum of 2 rogue hobbies

5. She could have everything, but selectively chooses not to — her taste is sharp & well curated — whether she’s 22 or 52

caveat/backstory before we start:

Every year, on my tiktok/insta, I do a series of “gift guides as starter packs.” Largely, because I find it hard to exist or find resonance in generalist capacities, and also (more importantly) because no one in my life does either. Therefore, every guide is incredibly niche and authentic to the ways in which I shop, give, and receive gifts (from friends, family, etc). Also, each guide is inspired by (or exists as an amalgamation of) real people in my life. Like — how do they exist in the world around them? What are they buying, wearing, and gift giving?

I’m reading the room, and based on your asks for more EIHG/EHG content, all of my starter packs this year will exist within the EHG/EIHG universe. This one is the most broad, existing as a catchall for gifts that feel like the essence of the EIHGs and EHGs in my life. Subsequent starter packs will be niche slices of the elusive hottie universe, centered around identity/modes of existence. If you wanna go sun/moon/rising — this guide is sun, and the others will be moon/rising. OKK let’s get into the good stuff, shall we?

1. This mohair + silk blend “t-shirt” in oxblood is…..devastating. Even typing that sentence made my heart palpitate. It’s also semi-sheer which is one of my hot girl dinner love languages. BTW also comes in black, but I think the oxblood is the perfect contrast to wear with a strong, indigo jean and a sexy stocking sock and a sexy loafer.

2. Chic champagne flutes are as perfect for this cohort as they are essential…. like idk if you’ve noticed, but these girls weirdly always (?) have something to celebrate? We might as well enable…… and split a niche bottle of burgundy/blanc de blancs in the process.

3. I discovered this lip serum at the NYC EHG Mecca — Stalle Studios (Jennifer Lawrence is a Believer). Elizabeth Grace Hand is Stalle’s cherubic founder/head esthetician, and I’m also lucky and blessed enough to call her a dear friend. Which is why when Elizabeth tells me something is good, and that I need it immediateLY, I buy it… IMMEDIATELY. This lip serum is the most luxurious potion I’ve ever put on my lips — it’s thick, juicy, and makes my lips plump and hydrated. I’ve blasted across my EIHGs and lemme say that I feel like I’m selling Mary Kay in 2000. At least once a month I get a raving text from an EIHG about how perfect this stuff is and how grateful they are to have discovered it. It comes in a bright orange box that I KEPT because it feels soooo luxe, and it’s under $100, so it falls in that luxuriously frivolous, yet accessible bucket that I live for.

4. I’ve written about this bag so much that it’s imprinted in the DNA of trademarked LOL. Very EIHG core to want a deeply inconspicuous bag for darting around the world (outside looking in, it could be amazon, your little brother’s toiletry kit, or… the row — fab). Even better that it’s so durable & well made… AND it goes with everything. 5. This coat is another trademarked special. The chocolate brown makes it more visually interesting than black, and it somehow achieves the balance between oversized and perfectly fitted. I wore around London and received many a compliment from the incredibly chic women of Marylebone, which is really all I need to feel my ego inflate like that balloon house in Up.

6. Ok per some stealth reporting, both EIHGs and EHGs are obsessed with this brand, Prounis. The founder story is insane, drawing from Jean Prounis’ Greek ancestry and her great-grand parents’ COOL AF, 1940s club that existed as a cornerstone of NYC culture. Obsessed with how this carnelian pendant is fully customizable, and you can get it engraved on all sides with whatever your heart desires. Chic, cool, interesting, E(I)HG CORE.

7. HOT GIRLS LOVE TAKING CARE OF THIER SH*T. It’s one of their guiding principles. This sweater brush set from Lauren Manoogian is stunning AND expertly crafted (in Japan!) to help care for all of the bougie sweaters in your life.

8. As far as I’m concerned, Lisa Yang invented brushed cashmere. There is no variety that I’ve found that is more plush or perfect. Importantly, every silhouette and color she drops is always.. perfect? This turtleneck works for the elusive hot girl because you can layer it on whilst traveling, throw on after pilates for a stroll…. or even for a casual Tuesday dinner (medium wash blue jean + these perfect flats — the ones I have, the ones my friends keep buying, or the ones you all tell me you adore). I believe that most EIHGs are NOT capsule packers, but say we wanna pander as one? Look no further.

9. This is the only facial spray that truly matters to EIHGs, sorry. My investigation has been thorough and vast, and it’s the go-to hydration layer for planes, trains, and winters. I also own this and must say that it’s so hydrating that I wish I could slurp it up with a straw whenever I feel parched. Your skin is glowy and plump, and the blend of unscented ingredients still smells like a rlly rich spa (?) gr8 gift, lasts a while (unless you’re like me and it’s ur strange addiction), and also under $100 :).

10. You know what ALWAYS occurs when you go to the home of an EHG or EIHG? They ALWAYS offer you a snack. Whether it’s the most perfect kind of crisps or olives or berries or even niche popcorn… GOOD snacks are ALWAYS delivered in the most stunning little bowl. And the best thing about stunning little bowls is that they’re likely collected from travels and various periods of life. Therefore, it’s fabulous to mismatch for a vibrant spread, and you can never really have too many. I’m obsessed with this one — the perfect brown in a swirly non marble-marble, hectogonal (interesting visual appeal when contrasted against other bowls on the table!), and made in the South of France. Can’t count how many wins there are because there are just so many.

11. Carolina Bucci bracelets are SOOOOOO back. EIHGs are losing their minds over the lucky bracelet, made from interwoven threads of gold and silk. Everyone seemingly agrees that passion (oxblood) is the best one. I have it and swear my life got happier and easier the second I started wearing her frequently (may also be because it’s niche-compliment bait and as a Leo Venus…… that’s all I need 2 secure enough dopamine for the day). Anyway, a fabulous gift, and a fabulous treat for the eyes.

12. SPARE ME with the soliloquy about how facial wipes are terrible. WE KNOW. However, sometimes you’re on a long-haul flight and the thought of ambiguous airplane bathroom water touching your face makes your spirit tremble. Also, dousing little cotton pads with a travel sized micellar water just feels excessive, uncontainable, and ANNOYING. Therefore, there is SOMETIMES utility for a facial wipe, and these ones are the most perfect ones. They leave your skin feeling clean, but not stripped, and there’s something in there that makes your skin GLOW. A great gift because while it’s under $40, it’s definitely a splurge for what it is…. HOWEVER from experience in giving and receiving these lil magic wipes, they are always going to be greatly appreciated.

13. More Lisa Yang cashmere, I can’t help it. I once received cashmere socks as a gift and literally have not shut up about them being the perfect gift for years. Another splurge that feels ridiculous to purchase, but NECESSARY when you finally have a good pair. These oxblood ones are thick and perfect (my picky af gen z sister is sitting next to me and agrees.. if that means ANYTHING at all). Great for stomping around town, amazing for travel (but if a long long flight pls wear compression lol), and incredibly chic with a strong loafer or ballet flat. Thank me l8r.

14. If you are familiar with trademarked, then you are likely familiar with what I believe to be the most perfect sweater (that I do not own) in existence. I’ve received an outpour of DMs from very cool girls saying they either join me in my wistful state pining for this sweater, OR have taken the plunge, bought, and ADORE it. I envision wearing either for travel or taking from afternoon into an early dinner, worn with a wide leg/relaxed jean and my cheetah sambas (still here, will forever be here). Sigh.

15. OK these leggings are the one thing that unite hot girls around the world. I don’t even mean the elusive or international variety, ALL of them wear these leggings. I observed in NYC and finally bought a pair after visiting in-store. They’re amazing. I love that they’re kinda shiny but not offensively so, and the compression makes your legs so smooth and lifted. Great for an actual workout but FABULOUS for when you wanna serve hot but still feel COMFY. Also — after posting on my insta stories, I keep hearing that they are everyone’s new favorite. ++ maybe it’s the color theory, but when I popped over to London a few weeks ago, I saw that her powers have manifested across the pond as well. A great gift if you want your friends to love u forever.

16. EIHGs LIVE FOR CHARLOTTE CHESNAIS. I don’t have my ears pierced anymore (tragic story involving the cheap earrings that I made in art class whilst in the third grade), so this CC pick is biased. I’m obsessed with a substantial ear cuff, it gives chic and rocker and idgaf. CC makes many, but love this one because I can buy two and mix metals. It’s priced well, and was sooo quickly added to my xmas list.

17. This is the best hand cream of all time. Being sooo clear that it’s insane to pay 100 big ones for hand cream but I do it with gladness of heart because it’s the only product that has ever made my chronically dry hands soft and bearable in ALL seasons. Another fab gift to give and receive because it’s luxe and relatively affordable to GIVE (yet maybe seems ridiculous when justifying to buy for YOURSELF).

18. EIHGs and EHGs are always on a plane. They lament it or they live for it, but they can agree that skin that feels dry AF, dull AF, or bloated AF is their Biggest Opp. This therabody wand appeals to the dull x bloated camp (dry covered above). I received mine from a friend and feel as though I have to share…. she is currently my most loyal companion. There’s warm and cold settings, both are great for fighting inflammation, but I am soooo obsessed with the cold ones. Some personal lore — I burned my face with an ice roller almost 2 years ago, and I truly miss the sensation of COLD METAL on my face every morning. This satisfies all my needs, and is PORTABLE, I take it with me nearly everywhere, and she is amazing on a flight of any duration. I really should name mine to make things official. Anyway, I will be gifting this to loved ones and I highly recommend!!!

19. Another FAB gift to give that’s also under $40!!!! 111Skin makes my favorite under eye masks — like they’re the only ones that seem to GET TO WORK to luminate, hydrate, and reduce puffiness. However…. a set of 6 is like over $100 and if I’m being honest, it oftentimes gets de-prioritized on my list of things to buy each month. Until I found out that 111Skin makes a set of 3 in a little leather pouch for travel, for $35!!! Whenever I travel with friends, I try to pick one up for myself and for them, and it just feels luxurious and like the most perfect little treat. They’re always a hit to give and always a hit to receive, so win-win!!!!

20. THIS SUEDE TOTE MEANS A LOT TO ME. I know big fat travel totes are a contentious topic, full disclosure — I have been team never full since high school (my goyard melted on my clothes and I never looked back). I have friends in all of the major camps, so I respect all decisions made. BUT I must say…. getting my hands on a big suede tote has been calling me for over a year. I fantasize about having enough surface area to make an Olsen-level impact on a tote, weathering suede over time in a way that feels akin to the chic moms of Jackson, WY. Anyway, this tote is stunning, I want her so badly, and when I posted on TM a few Friday’s ago, you all seemed to adore as well!!! Do with that what you will

21. This Christofle silver traveler mug is a recall from 2023’s initial Elusive Hot Girl gift guide…. because it’s JUST TOO GOOD. It’s an insane gift to give or receive, in a way that feels distinctly EHG/EIHG. They’re the only cohort of people who could unironically pull off something that feels so insane and ironic. I ran into the mug post gift guides last year in Palm Beach and it’s heavy, substantial, and looks so stunning in the hand. Don’t forget the straws if you rlly wanna Take It There. I could craft at least 7 vision boards dedicated to the glory of this mug……
